Abstract

The Framework Agreement for the Occasional Hire of Plant with Operator is due to expire and therefore Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council (NPTCBC) intend to establish a new Framework of suppliers to commence in November 2017. The framework period will be for 3 years commencing 1st November 2017 to 31st October 2020, with the option to extend for a further period of up to 12 months. The Framework will consist of the following lots: Lot 1 - Loaders / Excavators Lot 2 - Tipper Lorries Lot 3 - Flatbed Lorries Lot 4 - Skip Lorries Lot 5 - Mechanical Sweeper Lot 6 - Jetters / Cleaners Lot 7 - Mobile Cranes Lot 8 - Hotboxes Lot 9 - Tractors Lot 10 - Recovery Vehicles Lot 11 - Access Platforms It is intended that the top three Tenderers for each item of plant will be awarded a place on the Framework. 2.2 Description of the goods or services required
