The Library of the National Assembly for Wales provides a reference and information service to Assembly Members; their support staff, and to Assembly officials. The Library provides access to a range of electronic resources, including access to online legislation and legal information sources. We are seeking a supplier who can provide an off-the-shelf online legal database with comprehensive coverage of UK legislation especially Welsh legislation, including legal commentary and analysis. The ability to easily determine where a provision in a piece of legislation varies between different jurisdictions in the UK is an essential requirement.

Suppliers will need to be registered on the etenderwales portal in order to view the Procurement documents and ITT. If you are not already registered you can register by going to www.etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk. It is free to register on this portal. Once registered:-

- Click the 'Open Access ITTs' link

- Click on the relevant ITT to access the content (itt_63490 - Online Legal Database)

- Click the 'Express Interest' button in the 'Actions' box on the left-hand side of the page. This will move the ITT into your 'My ITTs' page

- Click on the ITT code. You can now access any attachments by clicking the 'Settings and Buyer Attachments' in the 'Actions' box

- You can now choose to 'Reply' to the ITT and submit your response

Please note that the Procurement documents will be uploaded into the 'Supplier Attachments' area under 'Settings' for all suppliers to view.
