Powys County Council ("the Council") has entered into a joint venture ("JV") to support the Council to deliver its ambitions for regeneration across Powys. These ambitions include the raising of capital (as required), the optimization of asset value for development, and the acceleration of regeneration across key towns within the County in order to maximise land use, value and regeneration.
