Abstract

Flintshire County Council is seeking to contract with a company for the provision of specialist legal advice and associated legally binding agreement(s) to support the Authority in achieving the establishment of a Quality Bus Partnership (QBP) for Deeside. The tender project has not yet commenced but this notice is to alert potential suppliers that the procurement exercise will be undertaken using Proactis E-Sourcing system and as such suppliers need to be registered on Proactis.
