Abstract

Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint one (1) contractor to undertake property refurbishments to the communal areas of Fifty One (51) occupied blocks of flats in various locations throughout the Tai Tarian area. 80% of the properties are within the Neath area with the other 20% in the Port Talbot area. The contract is to be completed within a Sixty Five (65) week period. Tenderers are invited to submit a detailed Tender (ITT) against the attached specification and all relevant documents also attached on a price/quality basis. The tender will be awarded to the Most Economically Advantageous Tender.
