The Life Sciences Hub Wales is inviting companies to tender for the supply of office cleaning services at one location, Monday – Friday, for four hours daily between the hours of 18:00 – 05:00 (on occasion flexibility may be required). The office consists of three meeting rooms, one boardroom, one media room, one media pod, one conference suite, one kitchen area, one cloakroom/locker area and main office area. Overall the floor size is 12,489 sqft. (1,160.3 sqm.) This invitation to tender is being issued for suppliers able to manage and provide the full requirements of cleaning, and to provide ongoing support to ensure continuity of the expected level of quality and service.
