Total quantity or scope of tender
The initial term contract term shall be three (3) years with the option to extend by up to two (2) further periods of up to twelve (12) months each.
However, in accordance the provisions of Bron Afon’s Rules which state that the AMM shall approve the appointment of external auditors on an annual basis, the contract term as set out above may be subject to change.
