This procurement exercise involved establishing a Framework to facilitate the provision of Home to School / Colleges and activities transport services within or outside the County Borough of Neath Port Talbot for the following:
1. Mainstream Education;
2. Additional Learning Needs (“ALN”);
3. Social Services (Adults);
4. Social Services (Looked after Children).
The Framework period is for three years with an option in favour of the Council to extend for a period of up to 12 months, subject always to the provisions of the Conditions of Contract.
