Undertake a comparator of our job roles

What is required?

We are looking for a company to:

-undertake a comparator of all our job roles in the organisation against

-welsh public service (including organisations such as other Welsh Government Sponsored Bodies, Welsh Government, Local Government)

Market rate

-review our job roles within each of the job families – See Appendix 2

-review our pay and grading spinal points – See Appendix 3

Following the comparator exercise, we would like the Supplier to provide a report on the above findings and recommendations.

Current position:

Staffing numbers:We currently have 112 members of staff with our roles split over 9 job grades (including the CEO)

Salary scales and job roles: Having undertaken an internal benchmarking exercise of our salary scales as a whole and a job description moderation exercise we believe we would benefit from undertaking a more in-depth role evaluation on our job roles (approximately 55 job roles)

Projects Outputs:

We would like the work to be complete by 1 October 2018. We would like the Supplier to respond with an initial project plan including key milestones.

Budget:

The budget for this work is approximately £10,000 which includes any applicable VAT. This amount is to include any expenses incurred during the work such as travel and subsistence.
