NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust and on behalf of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board require a contractor to carry out various works. For contract purposes, the works will be split into two Sections as follows: Section 1: The works at Ruthin Hospital & Section 2: The works at Denbigh Hospital. Nature of the works: The work required at Ruthin Hospital comprises of a new car park and external works, new extensions together with internal alterations refurbishment all to be carried out in phases as indicated on TACP drawings. Denbigh Hospital comprises internal alterations and refurbishment to dental and podiatry areas. The tender will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender based on 40% quality and 60% cost as detailed in the ITT document.
