Abstract

Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council (the Contracting Authority) is seeking to implement a Framework Agreement to include up to five (5) suitable Contractors for the supply of highways products as detailed in this Specification. The Contracting Authority will collect goods ordered from the Contractor and also require goods to be delivered therefore the successful Tenderer(s) must be in a position to undertake deliveries.
