Abstract
WCVA is undertaking a major change process and is currently looking to dispose of some land and property assets, details are provided in annex 2.
This specification is to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced law firm who can support us to meet our Charity Law obligations and enable a successful disposal of Baltic House in Cardiff, Morfa Hall in Rhyl and Science Park in Aberystwyth. Description of the goods or services required
WCVA is undertaking a major change process and is currently looking to dispose of some land and property assets, details are provided in annex 2.
