CON01 20-21 Development of a Secure Bilingual Inspection System

Description of the goods or services required

We wish to appoint and work with an approved and experienced contractor to undertake the development of our bilingual inspection system.

We are seeking a supplier to develop a new bilingual inspection system that will continue to provide the functionality of the current system but will also:

.

· improve the user-experience

.

· reduce external support requirements and allow Estyn to customise the system, e.g. make changes to template documents, more easily

.

· be more agile and provide more flexibility to add functionality

.

· reduce overall costs, e.g. licensing, hosting and maintenance

.

· use technologies that can continue to be supported

.

· maintain high levels of security

.

The ‘system’ will be maintained and supported by the supplier, initially for a period of 12 months.
