Powys County Council is seeking to enter into a contract with a single contractor using the JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2016 Edition and a Schedule of Amendments for the Renewal of roof coverings to two flat roof demountable classrooms and associated decorative works at Crickhowell High School, NP8 1AW

3 Conditions for Participation

Minimum standards and qualification required

Contractors must be CHAS (or fully equivalent under SSIP) compliant and Constructionline Level 2 Silver registered with work categories and values within Constructionline that are relevant to the subject matter of this tender at the deadline for tender submission, and throughout the tender period. If not in place it will be deemed that Contractors have not met the mandatory requirements of this invitation to tender and the submission will not be considered.

The Council may only select your submission if you have appropriate levels of insurance for public liability and employers liability, or you agree to put these in place before the date of contract award. The levels required for this tender are: Public Liability Insurance £5,000,000. Employers Liability Insurance £5,000,000.
