Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:

As part of the community benefits, Denbighshire County Council request the contractor provides two weeks supervised Apprentice work experience placements; in each of the following trades.'

• Joinery

• Electrical

• Plumbing

As part of the Community benefits Denbighshire County Council also have a specific requirement to carry out the following to Prestatyn Allotments;

Site Preparation.

Remove average depth of 275mm hardcore / topsoil from the proposed Allotment Area of 3845m2 & spoil in low level storage heaps.

Spread average depth of 300mm imported topsoil (Supplied by Others) over the proposed Allotment Area of 3845m2.
