Servicing and require repairs and certification of testing of Gwynedd Council owned lifts within the county of Gwynedd.

This will be a single supplier 3 year contract with the option to extend for 2 years. Expected start date 1st of October 2021

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

Industry recognised accreditation, insurance and health and safety requirement. Please refer to full documentation on EtenderWales itt 87972.

Only SME'S and VCSE's are eligible to bid.

Definition of SME's: -

SME definition:

Small enterprise

* fewer than 50 full-time equivalent employees; and either

* an annual turnover of no more than €10m; or

* a balance sheet total of no more than €10m.

Medium enterprise

* fewer than 250 full-time equivalent employees; and either

* an annual turnover of no more than €50m; or

* a balance sheet total of no more than €43m

Ownership

The business must be no more than 25% owned by one or more owners that are not classed as SMEs (public investment corporations and venture capital companies are exempt from the 25% threshold as are institutional investors provided they exercise no

control over the SME);

VCSE's defintion = Charities, social enterprises and voluntary organisations
