Mae'r Cyngor yn dymuno apwyntio contractwr cymwys a phrofiadol i adeiladu 6 x fflat 1 llofft ar safle y Clwb Cymdeithasol, Biwmares ynghyd a gwaith allanol, yn unol â’r wybodaeth yn y dogfennau tendro.

Fe allwch gael mynediad i'r dogfennau ar wefan GwerthwchIGymru. Dylai unrhyw ymholiadau gael eu gwneud trwy'r adnodd cwestiynau ac atebion.

Bydd angen i pob tendr gael ei dderbyn erbyn hanner dydd (12:00pm) 18/08/2021.
