Description of the goods or services required

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust and on behalf of Powys Teaching Health Board require the work consists mainly of the replacement of internal doors with new anti-ligature / anti barricade door sets to various rooms. A number of the doors will be provided with access control and emergency nurse-call system. Minor building alterations include sub-division of a space to provide two additional bedrooms and adapting space in the entrance foyer to accommodate the control equipment for the access control system. A contractor to carry out various Anti Ligature Alterations to two of its sites Mental Health Resource Unites.

The tender will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender based on 40% quality and 60% cost as detailed in the ITT document. Please note that the tender closing date is 10/08/2021 at midday and any late submissions will not be considered.
