Abstract

The specification/s shall be installed in accordance with the appropriate sections of all current relevant code of practice, Building Regulations and manufacturer's installation instructions for product supplied by the company. The works shall be installed by an Alumasc Registered Contractor and as agreed in the contract, the Alumasc Certificate of a 30 Year System Warranty shall be issued to the Building Owner from the date of final completion. Works to re-roof a flat roof as part of the Penrhos Ave Education Centre in Colwyn Bay, Conwy.
