Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor, who has specific experience in dealing with Damp proofing services. The project is a reactive programme for the treatment of damp at various properties throughout Trivallis stock, primarily in the Rhondda Cynon Taff area. This is a reactive programme for the provision of the following: I. Chemical DPC Wall injection and associated works II. Floor Renewals due to Fungus/beetle eradication and associated works III. Irrigation of walls and associated works IV. Wall/partition renewals due to fungus/beetle eradication or DPC works V. Kitchen units/cupboards works due to fungus/beetle eradication or DPC works VI. Damp proof treatment to plasterwork VII. Plumbing works due to fungus/beetle eradication or DPC works VIII. Mould Treatment and associated works IX.
