Description of the goods or services required
The National Academy for Educational Leadership (Leadership Academy) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified supplier to conduct a research project which will examine the recruitment and retention of senior school leaders in Wales. The project will broaden and deepen the existing evidence base on recruitment and retention and set out strategic proposals to inform the Leadership Academy’s policy work in this area.

The budget for the project is a maximum of £50,000 inc. VAT.

3 Conditions for Participation

Minimum standards and qualification required
Expressions of interest not exceeding 4 A4 pages of single-spaced, 12-point text and setting out a 1) project vision, 2) detailed methodological approach, 3) indicative timeline, 4) any Covid-19 contingencies, 5) defined outputs and 6) a project budget, should be submitted by 05 September at Midday.
Details of the research team, including short biographies, may be included as an appendix totalling no more than two additional A4 pages.
