Total quantity or scope of tender
The general refurbishment of several of rooms within a previously
dedicated clinic in Elaine Morgan Building, Lower Glyntaff, Pontypridd
Campus. Work to including general decoration and sprucing up many
of the rooms, conversion of existing male and female toilets to gender
neutral toilets and a kitchen, conversion of a couple of rooms into one
larger room, external play area and new uPVC windows.

Fulfill the requirements of the project in full;
Provide the information as requested in the quality assessment criteria. Robust and full answers must be provided;
Meet the critical programme deadline;
Hold the relevant level of insurances, as stipulated and provide evidence of;
Undertake a site visit;
Fully price up the tender as stipulated in the schedule of works

Your tender submission must be uploaded to the Sell2Wales portal Postbox.
Your submission must be received by the closing time and date of midday, Friday 12th August 2022.
You should allow adequate time for the loading of your documents so as to ensure receipt as the postbox will electronically close at the deadline time and no further submissions will be accepted.
