The services comprises undertaking inspection and testing of fixed wire installations in accordance with 18th Edition Amendment 2 (BS7671: 2018+A2:2022)

Total quantity or scope of tender

Periodic Inspection and Testing of every electrical installation shall be carried out in accordance with 18th Edition Amendment 2 (BS7671: 2018+A2:2022) in order to determine, so far as is reasonably practicable, whether the installation is in a satisfactory condition for continued service. Wherever possible, the documentation arising from the initial certification and any previous Periodic Inspection and Testing shall be taken into account. Where no previous documentation is available, investigation of the electrical installation shall be undertaken prior to carrying out the Periodic Inspection and Testing

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

Interested parties must be able to and document in their response:

Fulfill the requirements of the service in full;

Provide detailed service specific answers as requested to the quality evaluation criteria;

Hold the relevant level of insurances, as stipulated and provide evidence of;

Undertake a site visit ;

Fully price up the tender requirements as stipulated in the Specification;

Your tender submission must be uploaded to the Sell2Wales portal Postbox.

Your submission must be received by the closing time and date of midday, Friday 26th August 2022.

You should allow adequate time for the loading of your documents so as to ensure receipt as the postbox will electronically close at the deadline time and no further submissions will be accepted.
