Framework operation description
Fees set in framework tender and will be subject to annual Services Producer Price Inflation uplift. Call Off can be agreed at lower or equal to the Framework prices but must not exceed. Selection for Call Off contracts will be operated via Mini Competition tender, or Direct Award which takes account of the specific capabilities, specialisation(s) and/or relevant experience of the Framework Consultant, their past experience of the particular project in the Call Off, their capacity and that of the other framework consultant(s), or the timescales of the project requirements. Framework Consultants may also be chosen for Direct Awards based on their geographic coverage or proximity to the delivery location.
