Abstract

Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council is acting as Lead Authority (Contracting Authority) on this collaborative procurement on behalf of the CLAIRE (Wales) group of Councils and is awarding the tender for the collection of textile and media materials from Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRC), Bring sites and kerbside for reuse and recycling. This award will put in place a Framework Agreement where participating CLAIRE (Wales) members will be able to create and award individual Call-Off Contracts with the successful tenderer for the Services described in the Specification.
