Abstract

Conwy County Borough Council is seeking suitably qualified supplier(s) for various contracts to provide a provision of service for the Conwy 14-19 Network transport routes for their collaborative courses known as LINC. The routes will be operated in term time only within the academic year 2018/19 on the specified routes and days as stated in the attached document “Draft Contract Schedule (LINC) 18-19.” Please be advised that these may be revised at the start of the terms as courses and numbers of pupils for the courses are changed / confirmed. The routes will operate mainly within the Conwy County boundaries.

2 Contract Details

2.1 Title

Transport Routes for LINC Transport 14-19 year olds for 2018/19

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

The routes will be operated in term time only within the academic year 2018/19 on the specified routes and days as stated in the attached document “Draft Contract Schedule (LINC) 18-19.”

Please be advised that these may be revised at the start of the terms as courses and numbers of pupils for the courses are changed / confirmed. The routes will operate mainly within the Conwy County boundaries.

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1 Minimum standards and qualification required

The North Wales 2014 Joint BUS July 2017 and LINC Conwy Transport Memorandum of Understanding 2018-19 will be used as the Terms and Conditions.
