Compact Raman Microscope with Raman imaging, spectrometer and auto-calibration

Description of the goods or services required

Bangor University is looking to procure a compact Raman microscope with Raman imaging, spectrometer and auto-calibration. Raman spectroscopy is an important analysis tool that provides atomic scale information of bulk samples. Materials created and investigated by the Ser Cymru supported group: Nuclear Materials and Materials in Extreme Environments – part of the Nuclear Futures Institute, shall be analysed using Raman spectroscopy and the results combined with atomic scale simulation information to inform us of the dominant material mechanisms that the materials undergoes.
