PR & Advertising Wales Coast Path

Description of the goods or services required

The Wales Coast Path (WCP) is the world’s first continuous footpath that follows a country’s coastline in its entirety. It is 870 miles / 1,400 km long and takes in some of world’s most breath-taking coastline. It was launched in 2012 with significant PR and marketing resources. It is managed through a partnership of Natural Resources Wales (NRW),16 coastal local authorities, landowners, two National Parks and key stakeholders including Visit Wales and Welsh Government.

We have recently developed a refreshed new strategy and vision for the Wales Coast Path and budget has been allocated to procure a PR/Advertising/Digital campaign from July 2018- March 2020 to promote our aims and objectives

Minimum standards and qualification required

The evaluation will follow the Open Procedure and will take place in a two-stage process, the Selection (Qualification) Process and the Award Process.

Selection Process

This stage will involve an assessment of the potential ability of Tenderers to provide the required goods/services. The Selection stage is used to determine that Tenderers meet a minimum standard of Technical Capability and Capacity to deliver the required products and/or service. The Questions in the Selection Stage will not be scored but some are Pass/Fail and must be completed in full. Please note there will be ‘For information only’ questions that will not be scored but must be answered in full.
