The EDS Pharmacy system uses a Caché database which is a database management system used to develop healthcare management and telecommunications software. This is critical to the pharmacy service availability, performance and maintenance. The licences and support are required to ensure the service remains operationally viable. Intersystems are the sole supplier of Cache Entreprise Support and Licence.
