Promotional Event with a Digital Marketing Campaign 2018-19

Description of the goods or services required

This document is a brief specification by Gwynedd Council’s Tourism Marketing and Customer Care Service, the contracting authority, to procure the services of a suitable company to develop, deliver and manage a promotional / PR event and marketing campaign. The purpose of the event and marketing campaign is to raise brand awareness (destination brands of below partners) and promote the destinations of Snowdonia Mountains and Coast, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire through the Visit Wales thematic year of Year of the Sea and / or the newly launched The Coastal Way which is part of the Wales Way initiative lead by Visit Wales. This commission is part funded by Visit Wales RTEF fund, Gwynedd Council, Ceredigion County Council and Pembrokeshire County Council.
