NRW is seeking to award a framework for the supply of Natural Resources Wales (NRW) is looking to procure a monitoring, analysis and reporting service for press, broadcast and digital, including Welsh language.

There will be daily reviews of media activity relating to a set of key words, and quarterly reports include a quantitative and qualitative analysis of coverage and cumulative data showing trends over a period of time.

The purpose of the requirement NRW’s communication team is responsible for protecting and enhancing NRW’s reputation in the media. A professional media monitoring service provides invaluable insight into perceptions of NRW in the external environment, allows us to measure the success of our proactive and reactive communications, monitor what others are saying about us so we can respond to negative or inaccurate coverage, see which journalists are writing about us and what they’re saying so we can tailor our approach effectively, ensure we benchmark our media-relations approach against external best practice, measure the success of specific campaigns. It is not possible to provide an in-house solution.

The location for the delivery of this requirement will be based on coverage from local and national media in Wales and some wider UK wide media.

The duration of the framework will be 3 years.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST / COMPLETING THE ITT

i) Suppliers should register on the eTendering portal https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk

ii) Once registered, suppliers must express their interest as follows

a) login to the eTendering portal

b) select ITT'

c) select 'ITTs Open To All Suppliers'

d) access the listing relating to the contract (41603 Media Monitoring and Reporting Service) and view details

e) click on 'Express Interest' button in the 'Actions' box on the left-hand side of the page

iii) Once you have expressed interest, the ITT will move to 'My ITTs', where you can download and view documents and where you can construct your reply as instructed. You must then publish your reply using the publish button.
