Abstract

A493 Friog works consist of removal of old steel safety barrier installation of temporary concrete barriers to protect road users and the construction of 250m of new masonry wall along with the repair of damaged sections of the existing wall. Works carried out high above a railway line with near vertical drops where a working platform will be required to carry out the works safely. Traffic management is required throughout the works. Covid 19 - The works must adhered to Welsh Government/UK Guidelines in regards to working practice.
