Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the installation of an LD1 fire detection and alarm system to 334 BISF properties throughout the Rhondda Cynon Taff area.

Bidders should be registered on the electrical safety register. This requirement is pass/fail. A bid may not be evaluated if it fails to meet this requirement.

Total quantity or scope of tender

The properties will be installed with a Grade D1 Category LD1 system, with radio frequency interconnection.

The installation should also be capable of connecting to a SmartLINK Gateway allowing alarms and devices to securely transmit data to a cloud platform. The contractor will be required to populate the Aico Cloud Portal with all sites.
