CWM Taf Morgannwg Wellbeing Assessment

Description of the goods or services required

Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council (RCTCBC) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant, to provide Analysis of data and information for the wellbeing and population needs assessment for the public services boards and regional partnership board of Cwm Taf Morgannwg.

These three boards, Bridgend PSB, Cwm Taf PSB and Cwm Taf Morgannwg RPB want to undertake their assessments jointly for the whole of the Cwm Taf Morgannwg area to have a common understanding of wellbeing in the area that can lead to a shared agenda to improve wellbeing.

These assessments will have three key parts

1. An assessment of key data sets, local information and outcomes of previous research or engagement held. - Completed by 30/09/2021

2. Engagement with service users and local people to further develop our understanding of the lived experience though stories, interviews and a range of engagement processes. - Completed by 30th November 2021

3. An analysis of the findings of the data assessment and engagement to draw out key strengths and challenges and recommendations for shared priorities for a single wellbeing plan. - Completed by 31/12/2021
