Description of the contract
Our partner will manage end-to-end recruitment process for around 30 unique vacancies over a 6-month period.
Elements to be outsourced will include:
1. Candidate attraction, advert design, placement and promotion.
2. Receiving and managing applications through a Applicant Tracking System* (we don’t currently have our own ATS)
3. Communication with candidates throughout the process
4. Arranging interviews (the interviews and any associated tasks or presentations, will be conducted our end though assistance in scheduling will be required)
5. Pre-employment screening (Referencing and right to work checks)
6. Evaluation of the recruitment process after each phase, including the supply of recruitment analytics (equalities monitoring data, attraction rates etc)
The overall objective is to attract and recruit a diverse range of candidates not only with the right skills, knowledge and experience to undertake each role, but also who's values match those of our organisation.
