The refurbishment of the existing shower/changing areas to the rear of the Building.

Works to include the removal of existing services, showers, boiler, light fittings, doors, windows, floor and wall finishes.

Block up redundant openings, new upvc windows, replacement doors, fixed benching, new showers, heating & lighting.

New wall/flooring finishes and complete redecoration.
