Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC) invites you to submit a Tender for the Ty Cwm Ogwr Roof Works Project.

BCBC intends appointing a Lead Contractor to fully undertake and assume full responsibility for the delivery of the Contract, in close liaison with the Authority’s Appointed Person(s).

Brief description: Replacement of existing flat roof. The building is a 1970’s constructed purpose-built care home. Comprising a single storey building with traditional brick elevations, UPVC windows and doors, beneath a flat felt roof. Externally, there is a tarmacadam surfaced car park area and landscaped gardens. All buildings on site are used for the care of the elderly. surrounding buildings are residential homes.
