Abstract

This procurement exercise is for the appointment of main contractor and sub-contractors to deliver the Residences FS PMP for summer 2023. The works will involve fire strategy works to provide a fire alarm upgrade. The project also includes damp works mainly to the ground floor areas to provide a damp proof course injection to the walls. A replacement kitchen is also included in the works to the ground floor and new floor coverings and decorations.
