Abstract
This is a framework agreement for Facilitation support. In addition to providing a design and advice service we would also like to be able to call on the contractor to provide independent facilitation service for meetings-internally or externally as necessary.
NRW would like to increase the amount of quality engagement with stakeholders. As the experience of our staff in this area is limited, we would like to provide a design and advice service to our staff that would enable them to undertake this kind of work while building their capacity to undertake the work in future

Description of the goods or services required
