The project involves the construction of a 2-storey extension to the existing Powerhouse community centre in Llanedeyrn, Cardiff and alternations to the existing building. The facility will provide a new library, advice and information services, interview and training rooms and a community café. The Police Authority will lease the first-floor of the new extension to accommodate the Llanedeyrn Neighbourhood Police team. Full planning permission has been granted for the development.
