The Welsh Financial Services Graduate Programme aims to develop and retain a graduate talent pool of financial services professionals to support the industry in Wales.

Partly funded by the EU and financial services sector, the 2 year Programme provides high quality, paid work experience, structured internal training and a post graduate qualification for 40 graduates living or working in Wales.

On behalf of the employer consortium, the WCCF is seeking a high quality Higher Education provider to deliver a customised MSc qualification which will combine academic learning with a significant work based learning element aligned to employers skills and training requirements.
