Framework Agreement for the Design, Supply & Installation of BFRC ‘A’ Rated Replacement Windows

Description of the goods or services required

The Authority is looking for Contractors to carry out window replacements to Council Housing Stock.

There will be approximately 1,250 dwellings throughout the period of the framework.

Total quantity or scope of tender

There is no guarantee as to the volume of work allocated during the period of the framework and a maximum of 8 contractors will be appointed to each lot.

Works packages will be allocated subject to mini competition. A price will be requested under each mini competition and the quality scoring from the original tender award will be used to rank the Quality.

The highest ranked contractor from this selection procedure will be offered the Works Package.

There will be 4 lots and it is intended that up to 8 contractors for each lot will be placed on the framework.
