NCH requires an architect to identify:

- A number of options for both Nexus House and Malpas Depot with appropriate fixed desk space, agile work pace, meeting space and storage to maximise use;

- Designs that best support a forward thinking, modern and agile work force, with office environments that are staff are proud to work in;

- A strategy for our office furniture that considers how we re-use as much of our existing office furniture as possible, alongside and the benefits of acquiring any new office furniture that might be needed.
