This tender publication is seeking specialist laboratory facilities to test available samples of milk for varying melatonin levels. Samples will be secured on farm and delivered to the successful bidder. This exercise needs to be assessed and evaluated in line with both product pasteurisation and non pasteurisation along with bottling to ensure that sufficient Melatonin is retained while maintaining product shelf life.
