Title
Invitation to Tender - Global Wales II Monitering and Evaluation study

Description of the goods or services required
Universities Wales invites tenders for a five year evaluation and monitoring study of the Global Wales II project. The aim of the study is to measure and assess the impact of Global Wales II targeted campaigns, throughout the duration of the three-year project and the two years after the project has concluded. This will be achieved by establishing an initial baseline and set of key performance indicators and conducting annual reviews against that baseline.
