Abstract

To procure expertise to assist in delivering a project to investigate the economic production of ancient cereal varieties for artisan bread baking. This project seeks to trial several agronomic practices (seed rates and undersowing) to identify the most appropriate methods of production on three Welsh farms managed to organic standards.
