II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The Council sought to appoint a Childcare Provider to work from the Tir Morfa Centre and provide a high quality service for Flying Start children, Childcare Offer children and private childcare.
The successful tenderer will be required to enter into both an agreement (“Provider Agreement”) and a licence (“Licence”) with the Council for the provision of the childcare service at Tir Morfa (the “Service”).
