Abstract
South Wales Fire and Rescue Service is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced contractor/contractors to provide Building Services to carry out refurbishment works on 3 Fire and Rescue Stations. The Stations in question, Pontyclun, Pontypridd and Tonypandy, are all based in Rhondda Cynon Taf.
It is the intention of SWFRS to appoint 3 contractors onto an approved framework. Suppliers on the framework will then be asked to bid on the three individual projects as and when SWFRS is ready to progress with each.

Description of the goods or services required
South Wales Fire and Rescue Service is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced contractor/contractors to provide Building Services to carry out refurbishment works on 3 Fire and Rescue Stations. 3 Conditions for Participation

Minimum standards and qualification required
In order to be appointed to the framework, suppliers as a minimum must:-
•Be willing to bid on all three projects
•Have sufficient resources to complete all three projects prior to 31st March 2020. Please note the projects will not concurrently.
•Be able to complete all works for the first project, Pontyclun by the end of June 2019.
