GLLM ADTRAC Project Evaluation

Description of the goods or services required

Grŵp Llandrillo Menai (GLLM) are seeking to appoint a single Contractor to undertake the services to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the ADTRAC project.

The objective of Evaluation is to carry out a detailed analysis of the process and impact of the ADTRAC Project to effectively improve its efficiency and identify the effects the funded intervention has had. A key benefit of evaluation is that it places the intervention in context, thereby enabling the direct effects of the intervention be identified separately to other factors that might contribute to outputs and results.

The successful Contractor is required to commence work in June 2019 and complete by May 2020. Presently funding for the ADTRAC Project is agreed from March 2017 to August 2020, however it is possible there may be a further extension to spring 2021.

The Invitation to Tender sets out what is required, provides background information on the project including current monitoring approaches, and suggestions on method, but Contractors are encouraged to propose alternative methods for carrying out this work within the available budget and timescale.
