Cardiff University is undertaking a competitive tender process to purchase a flow cytometer.

- 3 lasers (488nm, 405, 640nm).

- 17 parameters- FSC, SSC & 15 fluorescent channels.

- Software for acquisition and analysis (3 licenses).

- Computer with OS.

- Full HD monitor

- Automatic sample loader, compatible with 12 x 75 mm tubes, 24-, 48- and 96-well plates, and a 24-tube rack.

- All reagents required to set up run and maintain the equipment for one year.

- One year factory warranty. Unlimited application support/engineer callouts. FOC software updates. One PM visit.

- Four year extended service warranty for entire system including a maintenance kit.

- Cost must not exceed £129,325, including full installation.
